Introduction
Feed system: 300ML tank + special valve for anaerobic glue + s/s needle, that reduce waste during the glue addition process; According to different glue characteristics be equipped with different special dispensing valves, which can easily solve that glue be blocked during use process. dispensing glue is uniform and does not overflow, which can save more than 30% of glue.
Equipment function: The vacuum suction device specially designed for Micro- screws coating .that the screw no be felled from the fixture. Double-drive design, the product jig and the thimble device are equipped with independent motors to rotate synchronously, which ensures better concentricity and avoids uneven coating in during rotation proccess. The machine is equipped with a touch-screen PLC gluing control system, which makes the operation more intuitive and convenient.
